The “Colors of Orthodoxy” is an international photo contest that focuses on a different country each year. Over the years, the contest has been dedicated to countries such as Albania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Finland, Georgia, Poland, Russia, Romania, Serbia, and the Holy Land. The culmination of each edition includes a photo exhibition and the publication of a photo album. To date, 11 albums have been published, and numerous exhibitions have been presented in 16 countries across the globe.
In 2023, the “Colors of Orthodoxy” featured Greece as its promoted country. The competition attracted over 400 photographers from 20 different countries, who collectively submitted more than 4,600 photos. It’s important to note that only images of churches belonging to canonical Orthodox Churches were eligible for submission.
I am delighted to share that several of my photo submissions were selected and included in this year’s album publication. Here is the book cover and these are my photos that you can find in the photo album!
